Return & Refund Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you wish to return an item, please review the following terms:
Return Criteria
- Return requests must be made within 10 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) must be included with your return.
- Products must not be altered, marked, or damaged, and must remain in original packaging with all accessories and manuals.
- If the product includes safety tags or certification stickers, these must not be removed or modified.
Non-Returnable Items
- Final sale items and shipping fees are non-refundable.
- For hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
- Face masks and shields
- Intimate apparel (such as underwear, socks)
- Baby pacifiers, teething toys, comfort blankets, nursing accessories, and other personal hygiene items
- Personal care products (such as baby skincare, shampoo, bath items, etc.) must remain unopened and unused to be eligible for return.
- Toys, educational items, or childrenâs tech products must be returned with all original manuals, accessories, and packaging. If the product originally had a seal, it must remain unopened.
- Hazardous items (such as electronics containing batteries, pressurized cans, etc.) are final sale and cannot be returned.
Return Shipping Costs
- All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return reaches us safely.
- Return shipping fees are non-refundable under any circumstances.
- Please contact our customer service team to obtain the correct return address before shipping your item.
No Exchanges
- We do not offer exchanges. If you wish to replace an item, please return it for a refund and place a new order.
Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 10 business days.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
- If the item does not pass inspection, MyLittleKorner reserves the right to refuse the refund and retain the product.
Defective or Damaged Products
- If your item is defective or damaged, please contact our customer service team immediately for assistance.
Warranty
- All childrenâs products are covered only by the manufacturerâs warranty (if applicable). MyLittleKorner does not offer additional warranty. Please refer to the product manual or contact the manufacturer for warranty details.
Return Process
- Log in to your MyLittleKorner account and request a Return Authorization (RA) via the "Order History" page, or contact customer service for assistance.
- Once your return request is approved, you will receive instructions and (if applicable) a return label.
- Pack the item securely and follow the provided instructions to ship it back.
Reminders
- All returns must meet the original condition and packaging requirements, otherwise refunds will be denied.
- Please keep your shipping receipt until your refund is completed.
- MyLittleKorner monitors the frequency of returns. Accounts may be suspended or future orders cancelled if abuse of the return policy is detected.
- MyLittleKorner reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the policy requirements. If a return is refused, the item will be sent back to the original shipping address and no refund will be issued.
